I grew up in the Hill Country and moved to San Antonio in 1999. There I got my start in the wedding industry selling wedding dresses.  Brides were always telling me they wished I could be there on their wedding day to help them. I found much enjoyment talking and meeting different Brides and hearing their plans for their big day.  

 

In 2004 I decided to make the jump into becoming an official wedding planner; if you're gonna do it, do it right! I enrolled in a training program through ACPWC and earned the title Professionally Trained Wedding Planner, and in 2009 I completed the course and became a Certified Wedding Planner.  I have been blessed to plan several weddings, not as many as some other planners, but I know how to throw a party!  After spending 13 years in good ole SA, my little family moved back home to Fredericksburg. I took some time off to get adjusted to my old, new life and now we are ready to get back to what we have missed so much; WEDDINGS!

 

I have owned Tie the Knot Wedding and Event Planning since 2004. We have coordinated weddings in San Antonio, Marble Falls, New Braunfels, Atlanta and Fredericksburg.
